Disposal of municipal waste from residential properties in the Lubaczów City Commune: includes the collection, transport, and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code: 20 03 01) and selectively collected waste. Selective collection covers paper and cardboard (blue, codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01), plastics and metals (yellow, codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40), glass (green, codes: 15 01 07, 20 01 02), and biodegradable waste (brown, codes: 20 01 08, 20 02 01). Additionally, bulky waste (code: 20 03 07, including furniture), used tires (code: 16 01 03), fluorescent lamps and mercury-containing waste (code: 20 01 21*), freon-containing devices (code: 20 01 23*), WEEE (codes: 20 01 35*, 20 01 36), and batteries and accumulators (codes: 20 01 33*, 20 01 34) from schools and public facilities are collected. Expired and unused medicines (code: 20 01 32) from selected pharmacies are also included. Waste management involves mechanical-biological treatment of unsorted waste for fraction recovery, processing of biodegradable waste, mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste (undersize fraction 0-80 mm), and utilization of oversize fraction (> 80 mm) as alternative fuel. Also included are landfilling of stabilizate and waste with code 20 03 99, sorting of mixed packaging waste and secondary raw materials for recovery, and disposal of other waste types, including construction and renovation waste. The contractor must achieve recycling targets, comply with laws, and submit monthly reports and invoices with waste transfer cards.
