The decentralized systems feature stationary tanks and dosage monitoring. Odorant dosing is gas-volume-dependent, utilizing gas flow meters in the gas pressure regulating stations, with impulses per Nm³ transmitted to the remote control system and odorization system controller. The dosage quantity depends on the impulse-based pump stroke frequency and pump stroke volume.
