The concession has an estimated duration of 10 years and an estimated value of €325,000,000.00 plus 13% VAT (€367,250,000.00 including VAT). With an option right, if exercised, the estimated value can increase to €487,500,000.00 plus 13% VAT (€550,875,000.00 including VAT).
