Supply of a public toilet with central control electronics including function control, water and mains voltage detection to disable use in case of deficiencies, an integrated SMS module for error messages, an electronic coin validator with tamper-proof recording and LCD revenue display in the service area, and a card payment option with internet connection. Furthermore, an external multi-functional LCD monitor and LED indicators for occupancy/status, a door opening button for free use (e.g., at events), night use restriction (service area lockout, automatic morning start) via SMS, and an uninterruptible power supply with battery are provided. Lighting facilities include interior, service area, and emergency lighting (from UPS) as well as dusk-to-dawn outdoor lighting. For comfort and safety, integrated floor heating with thermostat, automatic ventilation, additional frost protection for service area equipment via electric heating cable (temperature-dependent), frost protection heating for roof drainage and ventilation shaft, an electrical socket and water tap in the service area, and 2 security locks on the service area door are integrated. The guest area door opens automatically (also during power outage, from UPS) and features presence detection (infrared curtain and sensor). A warning sound for emergency calls and unauthorized use, emergency call and emergency opening touch buttons at floor level and normal height for disabled users on the side walls, and mechanical emergency opening levers in use and service areas for door opening are present. The disabled-accessible stainless steel WC is equipped with proximity-controlled, tank-flushed system, solenoid valve-controlled moistening flush upon entry and safety flush upon exit, and clog detection in the WC (with use disablement). Further equipment includes a fixed grab bar (horizontal/vertical) to the left of the WC, a foldable grab bar to the right of the WC, a toilet paper dispenser, a diaper changing station, a closed stainless steel waste bin, a stainless steel mirror above and to the right of the washbasin, an integrated stainless steel washbasin unit with soap dispenser, hand dryer, and capacitive activation, elbow space and legroom for wheelchair users, a minimum 1,700 mm turning circle for wheelchair users in the guest area, and a foldable baby changing table. Functions such as draining option for decommissioning, daily revenue reporting via SMS, decommissioning and commissioning via SMS command, a security camera system, and an automatic WC and floor cleaning system are also included. Delivery to the place of performance is at the seller's cost and risk, including protection against external influences and damage during transport. The seller's obligations for commissioning include the preparation of permit and execution plans, specialized technical descriptions and designer statements (structural, electrical, mechanical, water, sewage), the submission of utility execution plans, the planning of new water and sewage connections as well as a new electrical connection with main meters, the preparation and approval of a traffic management plan for utility construction, the preparation of a technical supervision plan, cooperation with property owners, obtaining all necessary declarations, permits, and approvals, and further utility coordination and supplementary geodetic works.
