Local Construction Supervision for Nordraum Recultivation

Engineering services for local construction supervision: Recultivation of the inner dumps and peripheral areas of the former Jänschwalde opencast mine. Services include inspection drives for monitoring geotechnical specifications, permits, and technical regulations; surveying services such as staking out and measurement controls; local construction supervision including site organization, schedule and quality control, documentation, review of change orders and measurements, site consultations, participation in acceptances, and cost and budget monitoring. The measure is under mining supervision, and the areas are located in ground failure and settlement-prone zones. The location of the service is the area of the back dump slopes of the former Jänschwalde opencast mine in the Spree-Neiße district, Brandenburg. The execution period is from November 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with an option for extension from January 1, 2028, to December 31, 2029. The option can be commissioned annually by October 1 of the preceding contract year, subject to the signing of the VIII. supplementary administrative agreement on the financing of lignite remediation 2028-2032. There is no entitlement to commissioning the option.
