Operational leasing of a new, specialized funeral vehicle (hearse): Financing by the contractor, contract currency PLN, lease period 71 months with 71 equal monthly installments at a fixed interest rate and fixed capital and interest portions, payable by the 25th of each month; handling fee 0%; initial payment 10% of the net value of the leased object plus VAT, payable within 14 days of contract signing; lease installments include commissions, transport costs to destination, and employee training; buyout option after 71 months for 6% of the net value of the leased object plus VAT within 30 days; client may arrange own OC/AC/NW insurance; registration and transport tax costs are not part of the offer; client bears costs for periodic, mandatory technical inspections; detailed description of the vehicle as per appendix 2 of the tender documents.
