STEŚ Project Documentation for the Expansion of National Road 44, Oświęcim - Zaborze

Notice title: Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej STEŚ dla zadania pn.: „Rozbudowa drogi krajowej nr 44 na odcinku Oświęcim - Zaborze - Oświęcim (proces przygotowawczy)"

STEŚ project documentation for the expansion of National Road 44 on the section Oświęcim - Zaborze - Oświęcim, from approx. km 56+600 to approx. km 58+500, including obtaining the Environmental Decision (DŚU). The investment will be realized along the existing National Road 44 with possible sectional new alignments. The documentation includes the analysis of the existing road cross-section and checking the possibility of expanding it to 2x2 lanes. The scope of the STEŚ documentation covers: analysis of initial and archival materials, measurements, tests, calculations, and expert opinions; preliminary determination of the material and financial scope of the undertaking; preparation of a traffic analysis and forecast; preparation of a map for the STEŚ documentation; development of reconstruction and expansion variants for the road and determination of technical parameters for structures; execution of a geotechnical research program; recognition of geological conditions and preparation of an engineering-geological study; preparation and approval of the geological works project and hydrogeological documentation; execution of natural observations and/or inventory; execution of environmental analyses; refinement of the material and financial scope by determining detailed geometric solutions for roads, road engineering structures, land boundaries of the investment task, and bill of quantities and cost estimate; preparation of a Road Safety Opinion (BRD) and materials for a BRD audit; execution of a multi-criteria analysis to enable the selection of the most advantageous technical variants; provision of information for a preliminary investment decision; participation in the ZOPI meeting and preparation of DŚU application materials for the preferred variant; obtaining the DŚU. An option includes the preparation of an environmental impact report as part of TER ETAP II, further items as per the tender documents.
