Organization of a Networking Meeting in Finland for Stakeholders and Project Staff, November 2026
Organization of a networking meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff in Finland: period November 15-20, 2026 (5 days, including departure from and return to Poland), with one day dedicated to participation in the Slush 2026 event (November 18-19, 2026). Maximum 15 participants, minimum 10 participants. The offer price is to be calculated for 15 persons, with billing based on the actual number of participants. The scope of services includes logistical support, organization and support of study visits to specified institutions, flights with luggage, ground transportation, accommodation and catering, provision of a substantive supervisor and consecutive translation, entrance tickets, and participant insurance. Billing will be in Polish Zloty.
