Organization of a business trip for entrepreneurs from Małopolska to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai (China) from November 5 to 10, 2026, as part of the project „Kierunek: Eksport i Inwestycje - Małopolska“: preparation, supervision, and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, local transport for participants, participant catering, accommodation for all participants including breakfast, insurance, and translation services. A minimum of 18 participants is required. The procedure may be canceled or the contract terminated if fair dates change, the fair is canceled, the political or epidemic situation prevents execution, or extraordinary circumstances (e.g., geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats, travel warnings) lead to participant withdrawal and the minimum number of 18 participants is not met.
