Organization and Support of Study Visits for Entrepreneurs and Local Government Representatives

Comprehensive organization and support of a total of six study visits from 2026 to 2028 to regions with documented experience in phasing out coal and implementing low-emission policies: three visits in 2026 to Belgium, Netherlands, and Canada for entrepreneurs; three further visits in 2026, 2027, and 2028 to Finland, Great Britain, and Portugal for representatives of local government units. The contractor is responsible for the full substantive and logistical preparation, including program design, organization of meetings, workshops, networking sessions, transport, accommodation, translation, and documentation. Visits must take place exclusively in person; online participation is not permitted.
