The city of Oświęcim covers approximately 30 km², with 32,558 inhabitants (population registry) or 31,945 inhabitants (declarations) as potential users. Possible locations include ul. Więźniów Oświęcimia (city-owned, lease agreement required) and ul. Bema (third-party owned, lease agreement possible). Further areas at ul. Unii Europejskiej and ul.
