The scope of services is defined by the principles set out in the draft contract, specifically the characteristics of transport services (Annex 2), which include the volume of transport work and the timetable, as well as the technical parameters and equipment of the buses (Annex 3) and the quality requirements (Annex 4). This also includes the sale of single tickets and the control of transport documents, with ticket sales revenue belonging to the Contracting Authority. Furthermore, the contract covers the publication of passenger information and the provision of computer software with a license for an automatic punctuality control system at the Contracting Authority's premises. The software requires continuous database maintenance and the submission of current data and statistical summaries to the Contracting Authority.
