Event Organization for Technikon ESA

Complex organization and service of the „Technikon ESA“ event at the Faculty of Computer Science (D17) building of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow on November 23, 2026: for a maximum of 75 people, with the final number of participants to be provided 5 days before the event. The service includes catering, delivery and arrangement of furniture (3 days before the event), visual and sound setting, online transmission, production of branding materials, purchase, branding, and packaging of prizes, as well as film and photographic documentation. As part of the offer, a 3D visualization of the main hall (auditorium) must be submitted, detailing the stage, screen placement, scenography with the ESA logo, and lighting, reflecting the actual spatial conditions (dimensions, wall and floor color). No ICT products, services, or processes are allowed that are classified as having a negative impact on state security under national cybersecurity laws or originate from high-risk suppliers. Detailed execution dates are specified in Appendix 5 of the tender documents. No negotiations for offer improvement are permitted. The contract will be awarded to the offer with the highest score. Contracts may not be awarded to or performed with the participation of Russian citizens, natural persons residing in Russia, or legal entities established in Russia, nor to companies more than 50% owned by such persons, or persons acting on their behalf, if their share exceeds 10% of the contract value; further items as per the tender documents.
