Additionally, local integrator support with availability of a maximum of 8 person-days per month over 36 months for system operation support. Optionally, a development framework of 50 person-days per year over 36 months is available for ad-hoc tasks such as architectural modifications, implementation of integrations, and playbook development; a person-day corresponds to 8 working hours.
