Parquet works for the general renovation of the TUD WIL Willersbau: In the lecture halls, this includes grinding, vacuuming, leveling, and priming of 60 m² screed subfloor and 110 m² OSB subfloor for adhesive. Furthermore, the installation of 60 m² solid oak parquet strips D 16mm, the refurbishment, laying, edge finishing, risers, moldings, and additions for 110 m² existing parquet, as well as oiling and waxing of 160 m² solid wood parquet strips and the installation of 65 m skirting boards, partly existing. In the professors' rooms and the dean's office, the scope includes grinding, vacuuming, leveling, and priming of 240 m² screed subfloor for adhesive, the installation of 255 m² multi-layer parquet elements oak D 16mm with 4mm wear layer (herringbone or ship's deck pattern), oiling and waxing of 255 m² solid wood parquet strips, installation of 16 m curved stainless steel transition profiles, covering of 8 floor boxes, refurbishment or new installation of 180 m skirting boards, and installation of 20 m wooden door sills. The services also include the creation and removal of 410 m² dust-tight floor protection (paper) and sealing of 200 m joints with silicone sealant.
