The assignment includes provision, implementation, migration, integration, configuration, training, and deployment of the solution, as well as ongoing management, maintenance, and further development of the service. The solution must support the entire process from customer management, permit and parking administration to monitoring, payment, debt collection, follow-up, and operational control. The functions form a cohesive solution with common user interfaces and a high degree of integration.
