Stair and Stone Works for Pengerpuisto Park

Renovation works for stairs and stones in Pengerpuisto Park, Torkkelinmäki, Kallio district (11th). The service includes the procurement, processing, and installation of all necessary materials, as well as all labor and equipment costs for installation. The contract is awarded as a unit-price based total contract. Quantities are estimates; the client is not obligated to purchase, and quantity changes do not affect unit prices (exception YSE 1998, §45). The contract period is from 19.04.2027 to 30.07.2027, with an intermediate milestone for full completion of works by 30.04.2027. The bidder must submit a sample stone (4th wall stone, approx. cobblestone size) with product cards, CE marks, declarations of performance, and type testing data by 21.10.2026. Material price changes during the contract period do not affect the contract price. Partial or alternative offers are not permitted. Penalties apply for delays or deviations in material and work quality, further items as per the tender documents.
