Personality Inventories and Jury Participation for Personnel Recruitment

Services for participation as a recruitment consultant in selection or internal promotion juries and for conducting personality inventories for the recruitment of permanent staff. The Banque de France recruits permanent staff through competitions for generalist profiles capable of acquiring new skills agilely and undertaking mobility (geographical and/or functional). Staff may be assigned to positions at the Paris headquarters or throughout France. Annually, one or more assistant competitions per geographical zone, one executive competition, and one senior executive competition are organized. Five internal promotion schemes for permanent and contract staff allow for career progression into different staff categories.
