Personnel provision for commissioning and operational support of the thermal sewage sludge utilization plants VERA (existing) and VERA 2 (new construction): continuous staffing of the control room position (operator) with at least one qualified person (24 hours per day, 7 days per week); continuous staffing of the on-site plant position (patrolman) with at least one qualified person (24 hours per day, 7 days per week); provision of a responsible coordinator and a representative as central contact persons for the entire contract duration for organizational and technical management of service delivery, coordination of personnel deployments, and participation in coordination meetings.
