Passenger transport services

Passenger transport services: Mobility support services according to § 30 of the Disability Services Act (675/2023) for work and study trips, trips supporting employment, work activities, coaching, special inclusion support, supported decision-making, demanding multi-professional support, and short-term care trips to the extent necessarily required. For other ordinary life trips, there is a right to mobility support for at least 18 one-way trips per month, unless the disabled person requests a smaller number of trips. Mobility support services according to § 23 of the Social Welfare Act are granted to individuals who are unable to use public transport independently due to illness, disability, or similar functional impairment and who require the service for errands or other daily life needs. Route-based transports are regular journeys along a predefined route, intended to pick up passengers from various starting addresses and transport them to one or more destinations, with return transport from the destinations to the starting addresses. Stretcher transports are client or patient transports based on social welfare or healthcare legislation, carried out with a stretcher-equipped vehicle, intended for situations where the client's transport requires the use of a stretcher, or for medical reasons.
