The service includes scheduled services according to § 42 PBefG and on-demand scheduled services according to § 44 PBefG. The contract duration is 2 years from the start of operations. The transport service must be adapted to changing transport needs and circumstances (technical developments, environmental and climate protection), which may include changes in the type, scope, quality of transport services and fares, as well as in the existence, route, timetable, fare offer, vehicle, and quality standards. The traffic volume of approx. 1,695,000 scheduled kilometers per calendar year (including on-demand services) may decrease or increase within the defined amendment corridor.
