Planting and three-year care of trees in Toruń: Delivery and planting of plants according to the specifications of the respective lots (locations, species, quantities, parameters as per Annex 1 of the contract template) within 6 weeks of contract signing. The three-year care of all planted plants is carried out according to horticultural principles over a period of 36 months from the date of acceptance of the plantings. This includes, during dormancy (November – March), tree inspections twice monthly (first and third Monday of the month), repair and replenishment of tree stakes, improvement and replenishment of ties, vertical alignment, soil moisture control (if necessary, morning watering with 50 l/tree). During the growing season (April – October), watering occurs min. 4 times monthly with 50 l/tree (morning or evening) using Treegator drip irrigation bags mounted alternately on stakes (installation by April 15th of each care year, removal by November 15th of each care year); weeding of tree pits min. twice monthly (first and third Monday of the month), where for trees in lawns, only the debarked tree pit around the tree is weeded and the edges separated from the lawn, and for trees in pavement pits, the entire unpaved surface is weeded; replenishment of mulch layer to 5 cm thickness; repair and replenishment of tree stakes, improvement and replenishment of ties, vertical alignment, removal of suckers, pruning, fertilization of trees with water-soluble multi-nutrient fertilizer applied with watering in the manufacturer's recommended quantity (in April); pest and pathogen control if needed. The exact quantities and locations are specified in the individual lots.
