Paving works for barrier-free city center (1st construction phase)

Paving works for the barrier-free city center (1st construction phase): Creation of wheelchair-accessible transitions at 10 property driveways and 10 road junctions on Lange Straße, Tangermünde. The works include breaking up existing paving, installing bound and unbound base layers, installing paving surface layers, and adapting existing areas. Scope: 490 m² subgrade preparation, 270 m² drainage concrete base layer, 50 m³ gravel base layer, 50 m² small granite paving, 30 m² large sandstone paving, 45 m² granite mosaic paving, 88 m² small sandstone paving, 59 m² sawn sandstone small paving (ZF), 130 m² sawn and flamed reddish-brown large granite paving, 126 pcs tactile granite stud indicators, 96 pcs tactile granite rib indicators. Execution period: 05.10.2026 to 30.06.2027. Required securities: 5% of the contract sum for contract fulfillment, 3% of the contract sum for defect claims. Proof of suitability according to VOB/A required, including turnover figures, references, workforce, business registration, commercial register extract, entry in the trade register, and clearance certificates from health insurance, professional association, social fund, and tax office.
