Maintenance and Waste Removal for Rabière Quarter, Park, Squares, and Playgrounds
Maintenance services for a part of the Rabière quarter, squares, park, and playgrounds: manual sweeping, litter picking, leaf blowing, weeding of sidewalks, exclusively within the public domain. The contract is an ordinary contract with a framework agreement for call-off orders; services for the ordinary part are remunerated at fixed prices, and for the call-off part at unit prices. The maximum value for call-off services is 20,000 EUR (excl. VAT) per period, totaling 40,000 EUR (excl. VAT) over the entire contract duration. The initial contract period is 2 years, renewable once, with a maximum total duration of 4 years. Service commencement is January 1, 2027. This is a reserved contract according to Articles L. 2113-12 and L. 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code.
