Maintenance services for outdoor areas: Regular, periodic, additional, and incidental activities for the upkeep of the outdoor areas of University Hospital „Sveti Georgi“ EAD in Plovdiv. This includes mowing lawns and collecting mowed grass, pruning and shaping hedges, pruning existing flower plantings and shrubs, cutting undergrowth and dense shrubs, pruning and shaping tree crowns, hoeing existing flower plantings and shrubs, maintaining the irrigation system, maintaining cleanliness of gardens and lawns (clean-ups, collecting leaves, fallen branches, and waste), processing and transporting waste. Further activities include working on alleys and platforms, cutting and removing individual trees, watering individual trees, watering and caring for potted flower plantings, and applying nanodisinfectant to risky objects and spaces in the outdoor areas of the medical facility. The services are divided into two types: 1. Fixed monthly activities with a specific scope and type, performed monthly, seasonally, or otherwise fixed, excluding December and January. 2. Additional services commissioned as needed, outside the fixed monthly activities. The specific work zones are illustrated in an attached green area scheme. The fixed monthly activities for green area maintenance in the specific zones include: Zone 1 (21.30 decares), Zone 2 (19.20 decares), Zone 3 (7.00 decares), Zone 4 (2.70 decares), Zone 5 (76 trees), Zone 6 (133 pots). The frequency and seasonality of some fixed activities are detailed in the technical specification. Within the contract value, the client may temporarily or completely suspend the execution of certain fixed monthly activities for individual zones or commission additional activities and increase their frequency or intensity.
