Phase-shifting transformer (PST) for Gračac transformer station

Procurement and installation of a phase-shifting transformer (PST) for the existing Gračac transformer station as part of the GreenSwitch project: preparation of the main project (architectural, civil engineering, electrical engineering) and obtaining a building permit; preparation of the execution project; preparation of technical documentation for complete equipment production; production and factory testing, transport, and installation of the PST; execution of geodetic and civil engineering works; procurement, delivery, and installation of primary and secondary equipment for the existing 110 kV field; on-site testing and commissioning; preparation of the as-built project and personnel training; all other necessary works and equipment deliveries for PST commissioning according to Technical Specifications (DoN2), List of Guaranteed Technical Characteristics (DoN3), and Bill of Quantities (DoN4). Quantities are specified in the Bill of Quantities (DoN4) and are accurate. Works are performed on a turnkey basis until the full functionality of the PST in the Gračac transformer station is achieved.
