Photon-Counting CT System with Installation and Renovation Works

Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a high-performance photon-counting CT system for the Medical Imaging department, including hardware, software, licenses, reconstruction capacity, accessories, interfaces, training, and documentation for clinical operation. The system is intended for routine and complex diagnostic CT imaging with a focus on high spatial and temporal resolution, intrinsic and clinically usable spectral information, high-performance cardiac imaging, coronary CT angiography, assessment of coronary calcifications and stents, and sufficient clinical workflow/throughput. All essential functionalities, software, licenses, reconstructions, applications, and accessories for cardiac, spectral, and UHR applications, as well as user and technical training, must be included in the basic delivery. Additionally, device-specific renovation works are required: site preparation and supervision, dismantling and scrapping of the existing Flash CT (including crane), electrical works necessary for the device's operation, floor and ceiling works, installation of the server room, cooling, chilled water, all necessary pipes, cabling, alarms, and all required inspections and certificates for commissioning the new device. Lead shielding in the room is not part of this contract. The new device will be installed at Campus Moorselbaan in the Medical Imaging department, replacing the current Flash CT scanner. The supplier is responsible for the removal and scrapping of the old CT, including a certificate. All mandatory inspections and certificates must be included in the contract. Protective measures against damage to existing infrastructure, dust nuisance, damage, weather influences, and theft of existing materials must be ensured. Delivery, placement, connection, commissioning, and testing of all system components are always included.
