Photovoltaic Systems with Energy Storage for the General Hospital Wysokie Mazowieckie

Design, supply, and installation of a complete photovoltaic system with energy storage for the General Hospital Wysokie Mazowieckie, including commissioning and all actions required for signing a distribution agreement. The project is executed under a "Design and Build" formula. An existing photovoltaic system will be expanded by approx. 99.99 kWp on connection No. 1 and 47.52 kW on connection No. 2; energy storage will be installed for each connection. The systems will be ground-mounted on plot No. 1995/11. Obtaining all necessary permits and approvals is required, especially the coordination of the photovoltaic system and energy storage with a fire safety expert. Creation of an Architectural-Construction Project and an Executive Project (4 paper and 1 electronic copy each), application for and conclusion of a grid connection agreement with the Distribution Network Operator by March 30, 2027, obtaining a building permit and, if required, an occupancy permit, execution, commissioning, and connection of all installations (existing and newly planned), and creation of as-built documentation (4 paper and 1 electronic copy). The contractor is also responsible for geodesic construction supervision and as-built survey, providing installation check protocols, disposal certificates for demolition materials, a statement from the construction manager with electrical qualifications, delivery of operating instructions in Polish (2 copies), user training, and system startup. further items as per the tender documents
