Photovoltaic Farm with 2 MW Power and 2MW/4MWh Energy Storage and Associated Infrastructure
Construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of up to 2 MW (1,996.44 kWp) and an energy storage system with a nominal active power of 2 MW and a capacity of 4 MWh, including the necessary technical infrastructure, at the Plewiska 10 and 11 location on plot no. 1220/1 in Plewiska, Komorniki municipality: development of an executive project, modification of connection conditions, agreement of project documentation with the grid operator (telemechanics, billing measurement system), development and agreement of test schedules and operational cooperation instructions, agreement with fire safety experts (if required), construction and assembly works, execution of tests and acceptance measurements, commissioning of the power plant, measurements for reactive power compensation, and preparation of as-built documentation. Construction and assembly works for the photovoltaic power plant include the creation of the farm connection from the MV cable joint of ENEA Operator to the planned transformer station, installation and commissioning of the transformer station, mounting of the photovoltaic panel support structure by driving it into the ground, assembly of photovoltaic panels and inverters, installation of DC electrical switchgear, mounting of measurement and executive devices for reactive power compensation, installation and commissioning of CCTV and SSWiN systems, installation and commissioning of the factory software for the photovoltaic installation, earthing of the installation, excavations for medium voltage, low voltage, low-current cables, cable ducts and earthing, construction of an access road, fencing of the photovoltaic farm, and grass seeding. The energy storage investment includes the development of a concept, obtaining connection conditions, preparation of a substitute construction project (including access roads, fencing, transformer station if required, MV/LV switchgear, internal supply line 15kV MV or 800V LV, signal and control lines, earthing, lightning protection if required, SSWiN/CCTV monitoring, BMS/EMS/SCADA systems), obtaining location approvals, agreement of documentation with fire safety experts and other authorities, development of an executive project, agreement of project documentation with the grid operator (telemechanics, billing measurement system), development and agreement of test schedules and operational cooperation instructions. Construction and assembly works for the energy storage system include the creation of an internal supply line between the energy storage and the photovoltaic transformer station, installation and commissioning of the energy storage, and installation and commissioning of the transformer station, further items as per the tender documents.
