Planning, construction works, and author's supervision for a new water pipeline at the Harmanli Registration and Reception Center: Preparation of an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase according to relevant regulations, including geodesy, water supply and sewerage, safety and health plan, construction waste management plan, fire safety, cost documentation (quantity and quantity-value calculations, incl. demolition works), and a general explanatory note. Execution of all construction and assembly works (CMW) according to the approved investment project, building permit, and technical specifications, covering deliveries, demolition, earthworks, assembly, restoration, testing, and other necessary works for the construction of a fully functional water pipeline. Provision of all required documents such as acts, protocols, declarations, certificates, execution documentation, geodesic surveys, and test reports. Exercise of author's supervision by the designer during the construction phase. The total performance period is up to 90 calendar days, with up to 30 calendar days for project preparation and up to 60 calendar days for CMW execution. The duration of author's supervision is not included in the total performance period and extends from the site opening until all designer obligations are met.
