Design for District Heating Pipeline Reconstruction: Preparation of permit and execution plans for the renovation of the DN400 reinforced concrete channel district heating main pipeline in Nagysándor J. Street, XX. district, between manholes A002822 (37-2-0040) and A002837 (37-2-4540). This includes approximately 450 linear meters of DN400 pre-insulated district heating pipeline, a review of the route (including the possibility of relocation to public areas), the extension of the DN65 connection pipeline for consumers on Baross Street, and the renovation of the DN65 connection pipeline for consumer P002174 at Vörösmarty u. 30. The design must identify technical solutions for installation on mostly private land, considering trees and buildings that complicate excavation and demolition of the concrete channel. An examination of relocating the route to a public area, considering utility infrastructure, is required. If relocated to a public area, the extension of the DN65 Isoplus connection pipeline for Baross Street consumers between manhole 37-2-04510 and the new main pipeline must be designed with a 2xDN65/160 single-reinforced insulated, pre-insulated, steel service pipe pair with signaling system, suitable for direct burial. If the existing route is utilized, the demolition of 160/70 and 65/30 reinforced concrete channels (where possible) and the existing 2xDN400 and 2xDN65 district heating pipelines must be designed. In this case, the planned 2xDN400/560 pre-insulated, steel service pipe pair with signaling system for direct burial will replace the existing 2xDN400 pipeline, and the 2xDN65/160 single-reinforced insulated, pre-insulated, steel service pipe pair with signaling system for direct burial will replace the existing 2xDN65 route in the reinforced concrete channel. The design also includes the replacement of traditional steel pipes and support structures in remaining manholes, the architectural and mechanical review of all affected manholes (including end manholes) for potential decommissioning, modification, repair, and compliance, as well as the design of necessary repairs and modifications. Furthermore, the replacement of 2 DN400 isolating ball valves with electrically actuated (e.g., AUMA-MATIC) ball valves with bypass in manhole 37-2-4540 must be designed, including plans for fixed electrical supply and connection to remote monitoring, as well as the replacement of 2 DN80 drain needle valves with ball valves and the replacement of malfunctioning smaller fittings in manholes, considering available space, forces on fittings, and specifying welding adapter dimensions. Design supervision must be provided during execution.
