Planning of a 9.6 km long bicycle-friendly infrastructure along the Rákos Stream in Budapest, sections Váci út - Göncöl utca and Béke utca - Tatai utca (XIII. district), Csömöri út - Mogyoródi út (XIV. district), and Ond vezér út – Cinkotai út (XIV., X. and XVII. districts): Review and redesign of existing plans from 2021, preparation of combined permit and execution plans, obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, compilation of technical volumes for the tender documentation for contractor selection, integration of requirements and modification needs into plans and cost estimates, procurement of updated permits and approvals for modified plans. Optional designer supervision. Planning documentation to be delivered: Evaluation and combined plan documentation (0 printed, 1 digital), combined plan documentation (2 printed, 1 digital), tender documentation (2 printed, 1 digital).
