Each DSZ is a standardized office building for controlling and monitoring operations on DB InfraGO AG railway lines, with a footprint of approximately 54.21 m in length and 16.86 m in width, four stories, and a total height of approximately 23.10 m above ground level. The buildings include a technical area with a server room and an operating area with control rooms and social rooms for train dispatchers. Technical equipment comprises electrical power systems (including low voltage main distribution, UPS system, emergency power generator), HVAC systems, building automation, and security systems (including intrusion detection system, video surveillance, integrated security system, fire alarm system). Outdoor facilities include a security area with fencing, access roads, parking spaces, utility lines, and water supply and disposal systems. Services cover HOAI phases 3, 6, and 7.
