Planning for Sports Center and Outdoor Facilities
Planning services for architecture, structural engineering, and special technical installations: Development of a project for the construction of a sports center and the design of its surroundings, divided into three phases. An urban planning permit has already been granted and will serve as the basis for the project. Phase 1 includes the submission and management of a preliminary design dossier, Phase 2 the submission and management of a project dossier as specified in the "INFRASPORTS" decree of December 3, 2020. Phase 3, if the project is approved by the Government, involves the continuation of the complete mission for execution planning and assistance based on permit no. F0412/52074/UFD2/2024/1/PIC/2398452 granted on May 21, 2025. The continuation of Phase 3 is conditional on obtaining the subsidy and the express decision of the contracting authority to proceed with the project.
