Technical Building Equipment Planning for Demolition and New Construction Hein-Hoyer-Strasse

Planning services for Technical Building Equipment (TBE) for the demolition of three existing buildings and the new construction of a 6-story building in Hein-Hoyer-Strasse. The three existing plots will be combined. The new building is intended to create approximately 135 places for public housing (örU), potentially with apartments for urgent housing seekers. The örU units are apartment-like with internal shower rooms and small kitchens, equipped to a simple standard. The building will be supplied with district heating and will include an elevator, as well as administrative and community areas. Demolition of the existing development is part of the planning task and is to occur no later than after service phase 2 (LP 2). An application for a preliminary decision is expected after LP 2. Coordination of all planners is carried out by the object planning. Planning covers all service phases of HOAI from basic evaluation to object supervision, callable in stages.
