Design services, technical assistance, and construction works: Preparation of technical documentation for construction authorization (DTAD, DTAC, PTE), project verification, and technical assistance during execution for the investment objective "Widening Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu with tram infrastructure extension and Bd. Barbu Vacarescu breakthrough, construction of a connecting road between Sos. Pipera, Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu and Str. Fabrica de Glucoza, and construction of a Park&Ride parking garage". Phase I includes documentation for permits (AC), technical documentation for construction/demolition authorization (DTAC/DTAD) including DTOE, technical execution project (PTE), and verification of documentation by MLPAT certified verifiers. Phase II comprises the execution of construction works and technical assistance from the designer throughout the construction period, including participation in control phases. The maximum contract duration is 26 months, with a maximum of 2 months for design services, permits, and project approval, and a maximum of 24 months for the execution of works and technical assistance.
