Design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant (53,000 PE) with solar sludge drying, trial operation and NUS

Design and construction of a fully functional and tested wastewater treatment plant (UPOV) with 53,000 population equivalents (PE) and a solar sludge drying facility (NUS) at the Vir location. Includes all necessary design services, including geodetic and geotechnical investigations, preparation or adaptation of the conceptual design, preparation of all main, execution, and as-built designs, as well as obtaining all permits (location, building, and occupancy permits). Furthermore, the contract covers the construction of the wastewater treatment plant and the sludge drying facility, final tests, a trial operation with demonstration of functionality and guaranteed operating costs, training of operating personnel, and defect rectification during the defect notification period.
