Design and construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path along a municipal road

Design and construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path in Zakroczym Municipality: Comprehensive project for the creation of a pedestrian and bicycle path, a pedestrian path segment, bicycle parking, lighting, signage, small architectural elements, and landscaping, including all works and activities necessary to obtain a complete, safe, and ready-to-use facility. The project is part of the joint investment project "Development of urban mobility in the Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki district", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Site reconnaissance, geodetic surveys, inventories, ground tests, acquisition of maps and geodetic data, development of multi-branch design documentation, obtaining all necessary approvals and consents, development and approval of temporary and permanent traffic organization, author's supervision throughout the construction period, preparatory, demolition, and earthworks, construction of the structure and surface of the pedestrian and bicycle path, pedestrian path, and bicycle parking, installation of edgings, curbs, drainage elements, and site protection, construction of cable LED lighting with power supply, control, grounding, and measurements, installation of vertical and horizontal signage and traffic safety devices (if required), supply and installation of bicycle repair stations, inverted "U" type racks, and a resting shelter, restoration of adjacent areas, humification, seeding, and site tidying, execution of tests, trials, as-built documentation, and geodetic as-built inventory, obtaining documents for legal use of the facility on behalf of the contracting authority (if required), as well as other temporary and accompanying works, supplies, services, fees, agreements, and activities foreseeable based on the functional-utility description (PFU), attachments, site inspection, professional knowledge, and applicable regulations. The execution takes place in Zakroczym Municipality, on plot no. 10/18 in area 0008 Poligon, adjacent to a municipal road. Employment of workers performing physical work, operating equipment and tools during construction works under an employment contract is required. A minimum warranty period of 5 years is required for design documentation, construction works, supplied and installed materials, and equipment. The completion deadline is a maximum of 13 months from contract signing, with design work to be completed within a maximum of 8 months from contract signing.
