Design and construction of a warehouse and logistics center with office buildings: Establishment of the center in Hertugens Kvarter in Taulov as a general contractor service. Options include the fitting out of mezzanines and the construction of 2 office buildings. For prequalification, up to 5 applicants will be selected, with relevant references including the construction of warehouses or logistics centers using concrete element construction as a general contractor, design of building areas of at least 20,000 m² with staff rooms and storage, digital completion of building component cards in an FM system, and experience as both general contractor and designing architect/engineer.
