Design and Construction of an Athletics and Football Stadium

Design and construction of an athletics and football stadium: Preparation of complete project documentation based on the functional-utility program and other documents, including author's supervision over construction works and coordination of documentation with PZLA and PZPN. Construction works include demolition of existing infrastructure, site preparation, construction of the athletics and football stadium (with grandstand, sports hall, hotel, athletics and football infrastructure) along with associated infrastructure, installations, and technological equipment. This covers roads, parking lots, internal sidewalks, small architectural elements, lighting, and green areas. Delivery and installation of facility equipment with apparatus and furniture, including sports equipment. Commissioning of all devices according to approved project documentation. Provision of advice from PZPN and PZLA during construction works. Provision of all necessary sports and associated infrastructure for the facility's operation according to regulations and acceptance by PZLA and PZPN. Preparation of as-built documentation. Obtaining facility certification by PZLA and PZPN. Transfer of proprietary copyrights for the project and as-built documentation to the contracting authority. Warranty and guarantee, as well as free service and maintenance for the executed construction works. Warranty for associated infrastructure according to manufacturer's conditions. A site visit is mandatory.
