Design and Construction of an Athletic and Football Stadium Complex

Design and construction of an athletic and football stadium complex: Creation of complete project documentation based on the Functional-Utility Program, including author's supervision and coordination with PZLA and PZPN. Execution of construction works, comprising demolition of existing infrastructure, site preparation, new construction of the athletic and football stadium (with grandstand, sports hall, hotel, athletic and football infrastructure), associated infrastructure, installations, and technological equipment. This includes roads, parking lots, internal sidewalks, elements of small architecture, lighting, and landscaping. Supply and installation of building equipment, furniture, and sports equipment, commissioning of all facilities. Consulting by PZPN and PZLA during construction. Creation of as-built documentation, certification of the facility by PZLA and PZPN. Transfer of copyrights for design and as-built documentation, warranty and guarantee, as well as free service and maintenance for the construction works, warranty for associated infrastructure according to manufacturer's terms. A mandatory site visit is required; offers without a site visit will be rejected. The last date for the site visit must not be within one week before the offer submission deadline.
