Design and construction of a multi-family residential building with underground garage and commercial units: Demolition of a 'Lipsk' type office building at ul. Kossutha 11 in Katowice, removal and disposal of hazardous materials (asbestos), removal of conflicts and demolition of unnecessary external networks and connections, preparation of design changes and obtaining a substitute building permit, preparation of multi-discipline technical and executive designs, construction of a multi-family residential and service building with services on the ground floor and top floor (offices), integrated garage on the ground floor, underground garage, landscaping, necessary technical infrastructure, construction of an internal road system with above-ground parking spaces, access roads to the building, landscaping around the building (small architecture), construction of connections and external installations, reconstruction of existing networks conflicting with the investment. The project is to be realized under a design-and-build system.
