The scope includes pre-design works (project map, geotechnical ground investigation, geological-engineering documentation, dendrological report, water law notification for excavation dewatering if required), preparation of the construction project (site development, architectural-construction design, technical project, executive designs), obtaining the building permit, reporting construction works not requiring a permit (e.g., networks), obtaining tree felling permits (administrative fees and felling by client, compensation planting project by contractor), execution of the entire investment, delivery and installation of permanently mounted equipment, and obtaining all necessary approvals and the occupancy permit; further items as per the tender documents.
