Design and construction of a Center for Folklore and Folk Culture of the Łódź Voivodeship in Łowicz with accompanying infrastructure: preparation of complete multi-disciplinary project documentation including approval documents, interior design, landscape design and plantings with visualization; preparation of technical specifications for execution and acceptance; obtaining all necessary administrative permits and decisions; execution of construction, installation, and assembly works, supplies, commissioning, tests, and acceptances; provision of owner's and specialized supervisions (conservation, archaeological, dendrological); preparation of as-built documentation; obtaining the occupancy permit; evidence for passive building standard; and all other services necessary for project realization.
