Design and construction of an Adult Mental Health Center at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Legnica: The project involves the creation of complete design documentation and subsequent construction of the center. This includes demolition works (of an inactive above-ground and underground heat exchanger station and a coal storage roof), associated works, site development, and necessary technical infrastructure. The design documentation covers the demolition of the mentioned buildings, the construction of the new center, the reconstruction of technical infrastructure, and site development (including fire access roads, building access, parking spaces). The supply and installation of furniture and medical equipment are not part of this contract. Schedule: Demolition documentation and execution up to 5 months from contract signing; design documentation for new construction and obtaining building permit up to 6 months from contract signing; construction of the center a minimum of 26 months from contract signing, but no later than December 30, 2028; handover of the investment, formally and legally ready for health services, 4 months after construction completion, no later than April 30, 2029. Warranty periods: 36 months for design documentation, 84 months for construction works and built-in materials, a minimum of 24 months (not shorter than manufacturer's warranty) for supplied devices, systems, and equipment. A site visit is recommended and can be arranged individually, no later than 4 days before the offer submission deadline.
