Design and Construction of Railway Lines 623 and 628 for Podłęże – Szczyrzyc – Tymbark Project

Design and construction of railway lines: Preparation of executive and as-built documentation, including geodesic as-built documentation, for railway line 623 Fornale – Szczyrzyc on section I from km 0+042 to km 9+668 with technical infrastructure from km 0+024 to km 9+934, and for railway connector 628 Porąbka – Stróża on section K from km 0+000 to km 1+452 with technical infrastructure from km 0+000 to km 1+517. Construction works include track surface and subgrade, drainage and hydrotechnical works, external networks, roads, railway traffic control (SRK) devices, telecommunication devices and systems, catenary network and power supply/control system, non-traction power line (LPN), electro-energetic devices and systems up to 1 kV, engineering structures including railway tunnels, platforms, passenger service facilities and cubature objects, crossings and level crossings, geological and geotechnical works, small architecture elements, tree and shrub cutting, and environmental works. Also included are the construction of environmental protection facilities and the conformity assessment process for structural subsystems at all stages (design, construction, final tests) with corresponding EC verification declarations and certificates. An option for interface work covers cooperation with other contractors whose works require connection to SRK devices installed under this contract. Similar orders under Art. 388 para. 2 lit. c) of the Act are foreseen, particularly for the dismantling and liquidation of railway infrastructure, construction of track systems with drainage, engineering structures, roads, electrical power, catenary, telecommunication, sanitary, and SRK systems, as well as the removal of collisions with utility networks.
