Design and execution of coexistence and site clearance measures for electrical networks: This involves design and construction works on the electrical networks belonging to CNTEE Transelectrica SA – STT Bacău to enable the authorization of the modernization of county road DJ 207F, DN 2F – Săucești, from km 0+000 to km 3+254 in Bacău County. The road crosses the 400 kV overhead line Bacău Sud – Roman Nord between existing poles 25 and 26 PAS 400102. Services are divided into three phases: Phase I (Design Services) includes the preparation of technical documentation for building permits, the elaboration of the technical execution project (PT) with detailed execution plans, quality verification according to Law no. 10/1995, technical assistance during execution, preparation of a commissioning plan, operation and maintenance instructions, a quality control program, specialized specifications, adjustments to PT and execution details as needed, and the preparation of "As-Built" documentation. Phase II (Execution of Works) involves the implementation of works according to specifications prepared by the contractor, complying with H.G. no. 907/2016 and H.G. no. 300/2006 for occupational safety. The contractor must demonstrate operational authorization for occupational safety and health and notify the relevant Territorial Labor Inspectorates. Phase III (Acceptance upon Completion) covers the organization and execution of acceptance and the preparation of necessary documentation, including the technical construction book structured into chapters A (Design), B (Execution), C (Acceptance), and D (Operation). Chapter B must include documents for foundations, metal/concrete structures (poles), electrical installations, and finalization documents.
