Design and construction of technical infrastructure for the Strategic Investment Park in Stalowa Wola: The project includes a guaranteed basic task and 8 optional parts; all 9 components must be priced in the offer. The detailed scope is described in Annex 1 of the tender documents and the Functional-Utility Program. The undertaking is co-financed by the "Polski Ład: Strategic Investment Program" Government Fund. For demolition works, earthworks, assembly works, structural works, and intake technology, the employment of personnel under an employment contract is required; a list of employees must be submitted at the start of the works and updated in case of changes. Offered ICT products, services, or processes must not include products or services identified in recommendations for the national cybersecurity system as negative or from high-risk suppliers; further items as per the tender documents.
