Design and Build for the Modernization of Koszalin-Szpital Helicopter Landing Pad

Design and build for the modernization of the Koszalin-Szpital helicopter landing pad: Development of complete project documentation based on a Functional-Utility Program, including author's supervision during implementation, and execution of all works. This includes preparatory works, dismantling, geodesic works, tree felling, construction and installation works, elevator installation, delivery and installation of an automatic DIFFS/RMS fire suppression system, and equipping the landing pad with necessary accessories and signage. The modernization concerns the existing elevated helicopter landing pad for rescue helicopters "Koszalin - Szpital", including technical infrastructure, internal and external installations, and site development. All legally required permits must be obtained, and operational approval from the Air Rescue Service must be secured.
