Design and construction works for a new boathouse at Marina Gdynia: Construction of a new boathouse with facilities for sailing clubs on municipal plots 3024, 3025, and 3026 in district 0026 Śródmieście. The service comprises two stages: Stage I includes the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation and obtaining the final building permit. Stage II covers the execution of construction works based on the documentation prepared in Stage I, all associated works, multi-branch author's supervision over the construction, and obtaining the occupancy permit. Detailed information is provided in the Scope of Work (OPZ, Attachment 4) and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU, Attachment 4A).
